Stop Smoking

The habit of smoking is both a physical and emotional addiction.  Hypnotherapy and EFT are proving to be the most effective methods for healing the emotions that underlie the smoking cravings.  As a former smoker I know how hard it can be to stop.  Even when we truly want to.  I quit smoking over 30 years ago using Hypnosis.  Now with the introduction of EFT, quitting is even easier.

It is said that quitting smoking is harder than quitting heroin.  But I was able to quit a pack and a half a day habit cold turkey and have not wanted a cigarette since.
